- Locate a file, select share
- Choose to share publicly – a link is generated for you to add to your Twitter account or website
- Choose to share with an individual or group via a log-in – a link is emailed to those selected
- You can give guest log-ins with authentication prior to access
- You can ask us to instantly disable users if you no longer want them to have access to files
